Hello Kelli,

There could be two ways other than an SOS. First, our solution works with mobile phones and we have certified it with the iPhone and the Android. Our next platform will be the Blackberry. In a case where a parent loses their child they can login right there and find them quickly. It works with other mobile phones that have web access as well though we have only certified those two for the time being. Second, we have a lot of customers who setup SecuraFences in the places they or their children go frequently. This would have helped you know that while you did not know where your daughter was that she had not left the area. If she had left the area you would have received an email and/or text message depending upon your alert settings. I hope that helped answer your questions.

Last year, my daughter was taken at the grocery store. She has special needs and it would not have occured to her to have pushed an SOS button. She was found 5 minutes later in the grocery store in a different location with the person who took her - how could the tracker have helped me to find her quicker in this situation?

Thanks,
Kelli
